Loved it during our very pleasant stay. By and large, it was fabulous base for sightseeing in Conroe, had much fun. The location was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, not too far away from Owen Theater.

the hotel is little and modest with brand-new rooms. i loved very friendly personnel that ensures guests have a good stay. there's no better place to stay in conroe.
The bathrooms are flooded.

Family with children in a pinch
So we checked in and the staff were pretty friendly, they even let us check in early which was a nice touch. The room was super spacious, had this nice kitchenette set up with all new appliances, made it easy to store drinks and stuff.
I mean it wasn't exactly cheap but when you're wrangling kids, it was alright.
